Sharepoint - remove/disable Skybow forms Customization button in view

How can you remove the "Skybow Forms Customization" button from the views in sharepoint? I have removed the app and tried to reinstall, and I still can't remove the button. When a user clicks on it, it tells me there is an invalid license, then the user gets and error.

I would honestly like to remove Skybow entirely, at this point it has become so frustrating.

  Hello Thomas,

  Can you please have a look in the Global app catalog if there is a skybow Modern Forms app is added? If option 'Added to all sites' is enabled, then 'skybow Forms Customization' button is visible on all sites without installation an app.

  

  In order to remove 'skybow Forms Customizaton' button you need to delete skybow Modern Forms app from app catalog (Site collection or Global) and both recycle bins.
  Let us know the result.
