This issue will be fixed in the next release.
As a workaround, you can change "ArdeviaRichFormsLoader" in the
[Your site URL]FormsStoreLibrary/Forms/AllItems.aspx > "Scipts" folder.
For Pro version: http://www.ardevia.com/S...rdeviaRichFormsLoader.js
For Subscription version: http://www.ardevia.com/S...rdeviaRichFormsLoader.js
