Change field label on Modern Forms

Like discusses in this message Change column caption in Modern UI form it would be very helpful to be able to change the "column caption" / "field label" of columns in Modern Forms. Or a simple hide and the use the suggestion of Christof Nussbaumer using a Rich Text Field.

  This should be standard functionality. It doesn't make sense to not have this functionality by default. Best practices are to not create columns with long names, or spaces between words. How can we make a column label more attractive to the end-user without this functionality? (end of rant)

  Create a column with a nice name. This sets the column internal name.
  Rename your column to the more attractive end user name. This sets the display name.
  This SharePoint out of the box functionality. No change needed by Skybow.

  thanks for your reply Bruno Stampfli . In this thread above, there is a link for a conversation that contains an example of what users, and myself, use all the time in classic mode. It is something like this:

   

  Field name	Text	Description	Validation
  ProfitsYear	"How much gold, per year, do you expect to approximately dig out?"	Please provide an approximate amount in kilograms.	Please provide a number.

   

  I´m aware of the functionality you provided however, the list will be unreadable due to the size of the text of the column.
