Select content type in edit form

Hi, 

 

For a contract management system I would like to use rich forms on the edit form of the contracts (Word documents). I made four content types for every type of contract that exists with their specific metadata. When I start editing the edit form of the contracts with rich forms, the content type button disappears. This makes it impossible to chose a content type for the document. Is it possbile to add the choice of content type back to the form?
